With two full-time jobs, each in cities 3,300 kilometres apart, Sam Chung gets around. A lot.
The jobs couldn’t be more different: he’s an opera singer in Toronto and the principal of a website (lunchwiththeladies.com) in Vancouver. In both cities, he lives in the urban core, so if there’s a transportation method out there, he’s used it.
“It really depends on which city I’m in and what activities I have booked to determine the best mode of transportation,” the former Winnipegger said. “If I’m doing short trips, Car2Go is the best option. They charge 40 cents per minute and have free parking spots all over Vancouver.”
“In Toronto, I live downtown and use my bike exclusively if I’m staying downtown. Anything else gets ridiculous.”
