AutoCanada, the country's only publicly-traded dealership group, owns 68 dealerships in Canada and the United States and sells 27 brands. It recently made several management changes. Here's a look at all of them, starting with who's in:

Paul Antony
Paul Antony, executive chairman
Antony, 50, is the founder and former CEO of vehicle history provider CarProof. He was brought on as AutoCanada's executive chairman in August after becoming board chair in July.

Michael Rawluk
Michael Rawluk, president
Rawluk, the former COO of Birchwood Automotive Group’s 22 dealerships in Winnipeg, is responsible for dealership operations. Rawluk has assumed responsibility over dealership operation and associated functions, including business intelligence, marketing and human resources.

Bill Berman
Bill Berman, president, United States
Berman, former COO of AutoNation Inc., the largest U.S. dealership group with more than 300 new vehicle franchises. His responsibilities there included new and used vehicle sales and four automotive auctions.

Raj Juneja
Raj Juneja, CFO
Juneja, a partner at the Toronto law firm Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg, is an expert in business tax law and leads AutoCanada’s finances. He has over 17 years of experience working with public companies.
Michael Cunningham, CFO, United States
Cunningham, is a former CFO of the 34-store Potamkin Automotive Group Inc. in the United States and was AutoNation’s vice-president of finance for the western region.
Peter Hong, chief strategy officer
Hong, also a partner at Davies Ward, specializes in mergers-and-acquisition law and will be key to any future AutoCanada deals.

Steven Landry
Steven Landry, CEO
AutoCanada hired Landry in 2016 after a 27-year career at Chrysler. He was moved into an advisory role in August. He is focused on OEM relationships and dealership acquisitions. AutoCanada is looking to add brands.

Mark Warsaba
Mark Warsaba, COO
Warsaba resigned in July. He had been COO since 2017 and had been with AutoCanada since 2013, beginning as a dealer principal at two stores in Winnipeg.
Christopher Burrows, CFO
Burrows was joined been AutoCanada in 2014. He was slated to remain in an advisory position for three months.
