General Manager Robbie Hunt on the steps taken to promote better work-life balance for employees: To promote better work-life balance we introduced changes to our hours of operation, schedule changes for team members in several departments and overall reduction in the hours required to work. We have elected to keep these changes post-pandemic and intend to maintain this going forward.
Hunt on the dealership’s involvement in community/charity fundraising events: We participate in Bring Your Kids to Work Day and we are heavily involved in community/charity fundraising throughout the Milton community. We have several team members who enjoy golf, so we try to be involved in several charity events.
Hunt on the dealership’s approach to recruiting and retaining female employees: We would like to increase the percentage of female employees in our dealership. We have and will continue to actively recruit female employees in all departments. We have increased our percentage of our workforce that is female but there are still certain departments we would like to see these numbers increase.
