The pandemic has been tough on all of us, and our management team has been real about that and sensitive to the varying ways our team may handle or approach it. The inventory issues are similar; we are focusing on what we can control.

We strive to replace the shortages of volume with more quality time with the customer both in-store and online providing video interactions and going further down the purchase process in advance of meeting in-person.
