The 2021 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat will deliver 710 horsepower and come with a six-digit price tag in Canada.
FCA Canada says the powerful SUV will start at $116,240, including shipping. The three-row muscle vehicle is equipped with a supercharged 6.2-litre HEMI Hellcat V-8 engine paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. It has a top speed of 290 km/h, goes 0-90 km/h — or 0-60 mph — in 3.5 seconds and runs the quarter mile in 11.5 seconds.
Canadian dealers will begin accepting orders for the Durango SRT Hellcat this fall. Deliveries are scheduled to begin early next year.
“Nowhere but Dodge can you find an SUV that can tow more or carry more with a faster quarter-time than the Durango SRT Hellcat,” Tim Kuniskis, FCA’s head of passenger cars — Dodge, SRT, Chrysler and FIAT, FCA — North America, said in a statement.
The 2021 Durango also comes in SXT, GT, Citadel, R/T and SRT models.
The SXT starts at $49,390 while the SRT 392 starts at $77,890. Both prices include shipping. Dealers are accepting orders for all models other than the SRT Hellcat.
