Prior to 2014, Jerry was the Director of Sales and Senior Sales Manager at Trader Canada from 2007 to 2012 and had held several sales-based roles American Express Canada from 1988 to 2005. Jerry is also a founding member and Board member of Accelerate Auto, a not-for-profit organization aimed at increasing Black representation in the automotive industry.

Yolanda Biswah has been promoted to the role of Sr. Vice President and General Manager. In this role, Biswah will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Canadian Black Book, with oversight that includes building sales strategy, spearheading new products, and maintaining strong customer relationships. With over 28 years of sales and customer support management, Biswah has spent 16 years in the automotive industry. She originally joined Canadian Black Book in 2015. 

Monica joins Vulog as Managing Director NORAM, after 15 years of experience in the technology and mobility space. She spent over 4 years at Zipcar launching and growing markets in the Great Lakes Region of the United States. Most recently she was overseeing North America’s 2nd largest bike share system, Bike Share Toronto, where she expanded the system by 70% and delivered record breaking ridership and revenue. She is passionate about shared mobility and its positive impact on the planet.
