Women in automotive are sure to encounter moments of self-doubt and face bouts of imposter syndrome when up against new challenges. But they should never let fear of failure stand in the way of pursuing new responsibilities or career growth, a slate of industry veterans told more than 500 attendees at the Empowering Auto conference in Toronto Oct 10.
