Automotive News Canada Dealership Salary Survey: Combat harassment with action before the act

More than one in 10 respondents to Automotive News Canada’s 2023 Salary Survey reported being the victim of workplace harassment or violence over the past 12 months. And women were five times as likely as men to have experienced such an incident.
