Snap-on snaps up Canadian fixed ops software firm Dealer-FX in US$200 million deal

HGGC, the private equity firm that controls Canadian fixed operations software provider Dealer-FX, said Monday it has sold the company to Snap-on Inc., of Wisconsin.
